But there’s so much that blocks this.
Listening to understand asks more of us
Time
Trust,
The capacity to respond in ways that work for people.
It asks us to move beyond roles and routines, and into relationships.
So even if we listen, are we able to act?
Maybe the first act is noticing what gets in the way.
And then asking: What would need to shift for us to be able to respond with integrity, not just intention?
